After closing its original south-Reno location, Need 2 Speed has strategically repositioned itself at Northtowne Marketplace (2863 Northtowne Lane, Suite 400), officially opening its doors on April 28, 2025. Though the new space is roughly 5,000 sq ft smaller, it’s packed with more attractions—continuing to deliver approximately 45,000 sq ft of high-energy amusement .
From Single-Level Track to Multi-Level Thrills
The original facility featured a single-level karting course. In contrast, the new center introduces Reno’s first multi-level electric go-kart track, boasting uphill and downhill sections and extending into a much longer, more dynamic layout—allowing karts to reach high speeds.
